Refunds are available for items that have not been used or prepped. An email must be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. If an item comes damaged, please email us so we can discuss options! We will require photo proof of the damage. We will work with you to rectify the problem however we see fit (replacement product, refund, store credit.)
There is a 10% restocking fee for all refunds. This is to cover bank fees on our end. You are responsible for paying the return shipping. We recommend the use of a delivery service that provides tracking information. When we receive the return, we will issue a refund or product replacement.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the returned package was not packaged appropriately and it was damaged during the return, or there was evidence of misuse.
For refunds, a credit will be applied to the credit card you provided as the original method of payment. Please allow up to 2 weeks to process the refund. Please reach out with any questions or concerns. Thanks!
